Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
The initial inspiration came from shadows cast on grass. A few months later she came up with a technique that didn't render the chosen object on the canvas as an image that was flat. The object becomes a representation of its own, with the canvas carrying the painterly interpretation of the object, particularly when it is a living thing or food item, such as fruit or people. Alexa Meade's distinctive style of painting that is extremely ephemeral nature, is apparent. The only thing from her work that is preserved is her photograph. Photography and painting are tightly coordinated to create two-dimensional flat surface which is a trompe l'oeil. At certain locations, the three-dimensional space can be seen, for example, around the eye or on the hair. Sometimes, Meade integrates her painted models with the 3-dimensional space around them, allowing the models to be part of the self-created universe. It eliminates any distinction between photography, painting, and installation.
